Project Overview

OMG Café & Ice Cream is a multi-location café and ice cream store that has been ever present since its inception in 2001. As a known brand in the locations it operates, our work with OMG Café was more brand refresh than brand redesign, updating their assets and look and feel to engage their existing customers and attract new ones.

The Architectural Challenges

The challenge with working on an existing brand is that any change to the brand's elements has to be tasteful, so as not to distance the brand from its existing market, while doing enough to be noticeable.

Tailored Solutions

We looked at what had worked well for the brand over the years and made recommendations for improvement in line with that. The logo refresh kept the elements customers recognise while rebuilding the artwork to perform in every print and digital format, and the updated look was carried through store signage, interiors, packaging and major retail placements.
