Project Overview

Hawksbill Villa is a relatively new entrant in the eco-luxury villa space. Located in Treasure Beach's turtle conservation area on Jamaica's south coast, this locally owned villa was designed with nature, sustainability and resilience in mind. Brandhaus Studio's work with Hawksbill was to take the naming concept and make it into a comprehensive brand identity, carried through the villa's website, copy and guest touchpoints, and protected by trademark.

The Architectural Challenges

The primary challenge was creating an identity that could, at a glance, make viewers and visitors want to know more about Hawksbill, while concisely communicating the value and the experiences that the villa promises.

The solution was to lean into the property's strengths, its name and its location. The hawksbill turtle and the Treasure Beach setting drive the mark, the palette and the story, giving the villa an identity that helps it make a name for itself in its corner of the market.
